This Privacy Policy, effective as of April 28, 2014, hereby incorporates by reference all terms, conditions, rules, policies, and guidelines on www.StrongWork.com (the 'Site') including the Terms of Use located elsewhere on the Site. Any use or continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Strongwork LLC ('Strongwork') reserves the right to modify the provisions herein without prior notice to you.

Strongwork has developed this Privacy Policy with the intent to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of any Personally Identifiable Information, which shall mean any information that is personally identifiable to you (e.g., your name, address, or email address) and Anonymous Information, which is information that is not linked to your Personally Identifiable Information.

MODIFICATION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as Strongwork deems necessary. In the event Strongwork makes material changes of this Privacy Policy, Strongwork will post such changes and notify you via email of such changes, which shall be effective thirty (30) days after such notification. Once any changes to this Privacy Policy become effective, your continued use of the Site shall signify acceptance of such changes.

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY STRONG WORK
Registration. Through your initial registration with the Site, Strongwork will collect personally identifiable information such as your full name, email, date of birth, gender, and geographic location.

Automatically Gathered Information. Strongwork automatically collects browser type and browser software version to ensure the best presentation of the Site to your device or computer. Strongwork also may collect IP address information but will not link this information to your Personally Identifiable Information. However, Strongwork reserves the right to use such information should Strongwork determine, in its sole discretion, that that it is necessary to protect its Site, any service it offers, its customers, or itself from any harm.

Log Files
Like many other Web sites, Strongwork makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site - usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services's analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

We believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. Strongwork does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that Strongwork has in its database the personally-identifiable information of a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately (using the contact in the first paragraph) and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website and regarding information shared and/or collected there. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Anonymous Information. Strongwork may use Anonymous Information for our own internal purposes to analyze and enhance the Site and any service offered. Additionally, Strongwork may share such Anonymous Information with third parties at its discretion.
